ARCOD Namma Veedu is a shelter for the Children. ARCOD is working with the Children infected by HIV since 2009. In the process, ARCOD felt the need to establish a shelter for the needy children. Namma Veedu the following blocks which can accommodate 24 children (12 boys and 12 girls).

The inauguration of the buildings was held on 20th August 2019 between 3.00 to 4.00 PM. Dr. S. Prabhkar, IAS, District Collector Krishnagiri inaugurated the buildings and planted tree saplings in the presence of Mr. P. Padmakumar, Head – HR and CSR, Saint Gobain India and Mr. K. S. Gopalakrishnan, General Manager, Saint Gobain Abrasives, Bangalore.

Earlier, Mr. P. Chandrasekar, President ARCOD welcomed the gathering of the event and Mr. V. R. Keshavraj, Executive Director, ARCOD narrated on the project. Mr. K G Murali, Industrialist from Bangalore spoke about the way forward. Mr. T. Sivamurthi, Deputy Director, ARCOD delivered a vote of thanks. District Government Officials, Children, Executive Committee, General body members and staff of ARCOD and invitees from local areas gathered for the event.
